Jamshed Ahmed khan Dasti
Jamshaid Ahmad Khan Dasti son of Sultan Mehmood was born on February 15, 1978. He is also former chairman of standing committee on sports in National Assembly.He said that he would contest as an independent candidate and would make a new history not only in Muzaffargarh but all over Pakistan.
In Election of 2013: Jamshaid Ahmad Khan Dasti contested NA-177 (Muzaffargarh-II) and NA-178, (Muzaffargarh-III) as an independent candidate. He got elected from both the seats. From NA-177 he bagged 103327 votes and defeated Ghulam Rabbani Khar of PPPP who got 49822 votes. From NA-178 he bagged 79417 votes and defeated Muhammad Abad of PML-N who got 63228 votes.
