The Benefits Of Dead Sea Mud

Many different types of minerals are found in dead sea mineral mud. It is particularly rich in sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium, boron and iron. These minerals are believed to alleviate and cure many different conditions from skin problems to various forms of arthritis. They also keep skin looking young, radiant and healthy. This product is harvested, impurities removed, packaged and made available for purchase at many outlets, including online stores.
Minerals perform many different functions within the body. They help with transmission of signals to cells, stimulating them to regenerate. They play a role in hormone activation, building of bone and blood production. Calcium increases the flexibility of skin so that it avoids sagging associated with aging. It also helps create a protective barrier, preventing over-exposure to UV rays and damage from free radicals, increasing the youthful appearance. The body does not produce minerals and so they need to be obtained from external sources.
The natural silica found in this product makes it harden on the skin when the mask is applied. This step allows the mask to extract toxins, impurities and remove dead skin cells. After washing it all off the result is fresh, younger looking and hydrated skin. It also improves blood circulation and as cells are renewed, small facial lines are filled from the inside, smoothing the outer layer of the skin. Treatment, particularly if done on a regular basis, enhances the natural skin functions significantly.
This product comes in different forms, allowing it to be used in a variety of ways. You can choose between a facial mask, soap, a body wrap and more. For example, it can be used to improve the appearance of skin, helping to smooth out the orange peel look caused by cellulite. Applying this product increases metabolic rate, removes toxins and and stimulates the breakdown of stubborn pockets of fat.
Symptoms of skin disorders such as acne, psoriasis and eczema can be alleviated by using such a mask. It is not a permanent healer of these conditions. However, regular use does provide physical relief and helps keep the disorder under control. Dry and scaly skin also benefits from its moisturizing and hydrating effects.
Dead Sea Mud
Many clinical trials have shown that minerals in such concentration improve the natural processes of the skin significantly and speedily. Many ailments like rheumatism and arthritis benefit from such treatment as it serves to ease pain and decrease inflammation. Stiff and aching muscles are relaxed by using and soothed with this treatment.

Who Was Adolf Hitler

Hitler's Birthday

Hitler Birthday-Adolf Hitler was born on 20th April,1889, in the small Austrian town of Braunau near the German border. Both Hitler's parents had come from poor peasant families. His father Alois Hitler, the illegitimate son of a housemaid, was an intelligent and ambitious man and later became a senior customs official.

Adolf Hitler Facts

Klara Hitler was Alois' third wife. Alois was twenty-three years older than Klara and already had two children from his previous marriages.Klara and Alois had five children but only Adolf and a younger sister, Paula, survived to become adults.
Alois, who was fifty-one when Adolf was born, was extremely keen for his son to do well in life. Alois did have another son by an earlier marriage but he had been a big disappointment to him and eventually ended up in prison for theft. Alois was a strict father and savagely beat his son if he did not do as he was told.
Hitler did extremely well at primary school and it appeared he had a bright academic future in front of him. He was also popular with other pupils and was much admired for his leadership qualities. He was also a deeply religious child and for a while
considered the possibility of becoming a monk.
Competition was much tougher in the larger secondary school and his reaction to not being top of the class was to stop trying. His father was furious as he had high hopes that Hitler would follow his example and join the Austrian civil service when he left school. However, Hitler was a stubborn child and attempts by his parents and teachers to change his attitude towards his studies were unsuccessful.
Hitler also lost his popularity with his fellow pupils. They were no longer willing to accept him as one of their leaders. As Hitler liked giving orders he spent his time with younger pupils. He enjoyed games that involved fighting and he loved re-enacting battles from the Boer War. His favourite game was playing the role of a commando rescuing Boers from English concentration camps.
The only teacher Hitler appeared to like at secondary school was Leopold Potsch, his history master. Potsch, like many people living in Upper Austria, was a German Nationalist. Potsch told Hitler and his fellow pupils of the German victories over France in 1870 and 1871 and attacked the Austrians for not becoming involved in these triumphs. Otto von Bismarck, the first chancellor of the German Empire, was one of Hitler's early historical heroes.
Hitler's other main interest at school was art. His father was incensed when Hitler told him that instead of joining the civil service he was going to become an artist. The relationship between Hitler and his father deteriorated and the conflict only ended with the death of Alois Hitler in 1903.

Adolf Hitler--World War I

In May 1913 Hitler left Vienna for Munich and, when war broke out in August 1914, he joined the Sixteenth Bavarian Infantry Regiment, serving as a despatch runner. Hitler proved an able, courageous soldier, receiving the Iron Cross (First Class) for bravery, but did not rise above the rank of Lance Corporal. Twice wounded, he was badly gassed four weeks before the end of the war and spent three months recuperating in a hospital in Pomerania.

How to Decorate a Bedroom

How to Decorate a Bedroom

Boys Bedroom Ideas

Bedroom decorating ideas are not very commans. As a professional interior designer, and one who specializes in kid's bedroom design (it is the most rewarding and fun!), I think that one of the most important elements in the initial design of a little boy's bedroom, is to include your son in the process as much as possible. When they are a little older, it's great to sit and have a quick discussion on what they envision their new bedroom will look like.
The most important step in deciding for the decoration of your kids' room, talk to them to get a clear idea of their preferences, colors, likes, hobbies, etc. this will help in carving a perfect room for your kids.
Boys Bedroom Ideas
Complimentary colors work well in interior design because the two complementary colors give contrast. The contrasts draw the eye to a focal point. For this reason, many interior designers choose a deep yellow paint for walls and various hues of burgundy or violets for draperies or other window dressings. Likewise, blues and oranges work well together and so do reds and greens. Themes are especially important to children and the way their room is designed. Themes also need to coincide with not only your child's taste, but their gender as well. For example, if you have a girl, you may be thinking of using pink as the primary color in your child's room.

How to plan a Wedding

Planning A Wedding Requires A Wedding Venue

How to Plan a Wedding

You have a great deal of options when it concerns selecting the place you and your fiance will become a married couple. In fact, you basically have an infinite choice of wedding venues. You can tie the knot practically anywhere you wish. It doesn't matter whether you select the church or celebrate the wedding at your friend's house, your wedding will certainly be a memorable occasion.
You will still find other extraordinary choices too. Some individuals pick venues like a cruise ship or a yacht, a beachfront hotel or a resort, or perhaps a lawn next to a pool. You may need a special permit if you want to tie the knot on the beach or park. It does not matter what venue you choose as long as it's what you want.
Couples typically get married at home or in the church. The reception, on the other hand, is celebrated in a completely different place. In many instances, the couple needs to choose a catering company and a professional photographer and a band. Nonetheless, if the couple does not want any kind of trouble, they may also go with locations that do all of the work and have everything they need from amenities to facilities. These facilities are stunning and are commonly situated close to lakes and beaches. The ceremony is held outside while the wedding party is held in a nearby building.

Dictatorship

Dictatorship

What is Dictatorship

Now we Define Dictatorship:

Dictatorship Definition

A dictatorship is a government or a social situation where one person makes all the rules and decisions without input from anyone else.
Dictatorship implies absolute power — one person who takes control — of a political situation, a family, a classroom or even a camping expedition. In government, a dictatorship leaves no room for input from anyone who is not the top guy or gal. The noun comes from the late 14th century Latin word, dictare, which means to "repeat or say often." In a dictatorship, one person keeps repeating the same command: "My way or the highway."

Acid Reflux

What is Acid Reflux Disease

Acid reflux is a condition in which stomach acids rise up into the esophagus because the valve that separates the stomach contents from the esophagus is faulty.

What is the difference between acid reflux and heartburn?

Acid reflux and heartburn are often used interchangeably. Acid reflux is the movement, the action of stomach acids going up the wrong way, while heartburn refers to the burning sensation.

Acid Reflux Symptoms

What are the symptoms of acid reflux?
Asthma - gastric juices seep upwards into the throat, mouth and air passages of the lungs
Chest pain - part of the heartburn sensation
    Dental erosion
    Dysphagia - difficulty swallowing
Heartburn - a burning feeling rising from the stomach or lower chest towards the neck
    Hoarseness
Regurgitation - bringing food back up into the mouth

Acid Reflux Causes

What causes acid reflux?

Acid reflux commonly occurs when the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) does not work properly, and allows acid to seep upwards from the stomach to the esophagus. Although we know that a faulty LES is a common cause, we are not sure why it becomes faulty. One of many reasons could be that pressure in the stomach rises higher than the LES can withstand.
Here are some common causes of acid reflux:

Acid Reflux due to Pregnancy-
Acid Reflux due to Pregnancy

more commonly found during the third trimester of a pregnancy. As the growing baby presses on the stomach, contents may back up into the esophagus. Doctors say antacids will not relieve acid reflux caused by pregnancy.Patients find that if they eat smaller meals but eat more meals per day, it helps. In the vast majority of cases the acid reflux will disappear soon after the baby is born.

Acid Reflux due to Large meals and eating habits-

people who have large meals will usually find that their acid reflux will improve if they cut down portion sizes. Patients who kept a food diary, noting down everything they ate and linking certain foods to incidences of acid reflux, have experienced a reduction in acid reflux.

Acid Reflux due to Bending forward -

this movement will not usually cause acid reflux unless there is another underlying trigger or problem.

Acid Reflux due to Hiatus hernia (hiatal hernia) -

a condition where the upper part of the stomach protrudes into the chest through a small opening in the diaphragm. Hiatal hernias are commonly caused by severe coughing, vomiting, straining, sudden physical exertion, pregnancy, and obesity.

Acid Reflux due to Peptic ulcers and insufficient digestive enzymes -

peptic ulcers and not enough digestive enzymes in the stomach may slow down the digestive process, causing an accumulation of gastric acids that back up into the esophagus.

Acid Reflux due to Asthma -

experts still argue about which came first, the asthma or the acid reflux - did the asthma cause the acid reflux or did the acid reflux cause the asthma? Nobody has a definite answer to the relationship between asthma and acid reflux. Some say that the coughing and sneezing brought on by asthmatic attacks can cause changes in the chest which trigger acid reflux. Others blame asthma medications - they are taken to dilate the airways, but might also relax the esophageal sphincter.
Acid Reflux due to Asthma
Most asthma sufferers say that their asthma is worsened by acid reflux because the acid that seeps into the esophagus from the stomach stimulates the nerves along the neck into the chest, causing bronchoconstriction and breathing problems.
Acid Reflux due to Smoking -

How to Write a Book Review

Writing the introduction Review

In the introduction, to write a review you should:
Define or identify the general topic, issue, or area of concern, thus providing an appropriate context for reviewing the literature.
Point out overall trends in what has been published about the topic; or conflicts in theory, methodology, evidence, and conclusions; or gaps in research and scholarship; or a single problem or new perspective of immediate interest.
Establish the writer's reason (point of view) for reviewing the literature; explain the criteria to be used in analyzing and comparing literature and the organization of the review (sequence); and, when necessary, state why certain literature is or is not included (scope).

Writing the body Review

In the body, you should:
Group research studies and other types of literature (reviews, theoretical articles, case studies, etc.) according to common denominators such as qualitative versus quantitative approaches, conclusions of authors, specific purpose or objective, chronology, etc.
Summarize individual studies or articles with as much or as little detail as each merits according to its comparative importance in the literature, remembering that space (length) denotes significance.
Provide the reader with strong "umbrella" sentences at beginnings of paragraphs, "signposts" throughout, and brief "so what" summary sentences at intermediate points in the review to aid in understanding comparisons and analyses.

Writing the Conclusion Review

In the conclusion, you should:
Summarize major contributions of significant studies and articles to the body of knowledge under review, maintaining the focus established in the introduction.
Evaluate the current "state of the art" for the body of knowledge reviewed, pointing out major methodological flaws or gaps in research, inconsistencies in theory and findings, and areas or issues pertinent to future study.
Conclude by providing some insight into the relationship between the central topic of the literature review and a larger area of study such as a discipline, a scientific endeavor, or a profession.

Human Rights

Human Rights

Human Rights Definition

The basic rights and freedoms to which all humans are entitled, often held to include the right to life and liberty, freedom of thought and expression, and equality before the law.

What are human rights?

The rights you have simply because you are human.
If you were to ask people in the street, “What are human rights?” you would get many different answers. They would tell you the rights they know about, but very few people know all their rights.
As covered in the definitions above, a right is a freedom of some kind. It is something to which you are entitled by virtue of being human.
Human rights are based on the principle of respect for the individual. Their fundamental assumption is that each person is a moral and rational being who deserves to be treated with dignity. They are called human rights because they are universal. Whereas nations or specialized groups enjoy specific rights that apply only to them, human rights are the rights to which everyone is entitled—no matter who they are or where they live—simply because they are alive.
Yet many people, when asked to name their rights, will list only freedom of speech and belief and perhaps one or two others.

How to Sing Better

You Really Can Learn To Sing

How to Sing Better

Most of us have probably heard a beautiful song on the radio or at a live performance and wished that we too could sing with such a pleasing voice. Perhaps you were inspired at the moment to take singing lessons to learn how to sing, but then shelved the thought because you felt you did not truly have the potential to sing well. But if you have a genuine desire to learn to sing, don't give up, and never think that you're a hopeless case! This can have similar effects on your body to aerobics and meditation. When your breathing is healthier, you will be more capable of focusing. Some athletes use machines just to put pressure on their breathing so they can improve their athletic ability. Singing can have a similar effect on your body as you train yourself to control your breathing. Singing can also give you an opportunity to express yourself and your creative side.
In fact, even if you sing for financial reasons it can still allow you to share your emotions and creative tendencies. This is great for your emotional health and your ability to focus.Fun and Social. It is easier to communicate with people who share an interest with you. They do not know what they sound like and are uncertain of their ability. Arts And Crafts

Building your art skills is one of the best rewards of an arts and crafts hobby. Regardless of which activity you choose, you are almost certain to have fun. Check out the article below for some great information on this subject.
There is a variety of supplies you can use for your projects. Paper goods that are generally discarded are great. You can use empty toilet paper rolls or paper towel rolls. Save some of your old magazines to use for collages or scrap booking. When you project scraps, use them in a creative way.
When doing arts and crafts for kids, don't be harsh on them. You need to remember that this is designed to foster their creativity. You will defeat this purpose if you keep pointing things that your children are doing incorrectly.
Remember that when you do crafts with children, things are going to get messy. Make the fun less stressful by using butcher paper or newspaper to cover your surfaces and make cleanup easy. Another idea is to use washable markers and water soluble adhesives.
Take it step by step and only concentrate on one thing. When doing arts and crafts, it is tempting to do all kinds of projects and to start all kinds of crafts. That said, you'll end up with a million unfinished projects. Finish a project before starting a new one. In this way, you are sure to finish them all.
If you're struggling to find good prices on your supplies for your art projects, try browsing through some second-hand stores. Goodwill and similar consignment stores have a lot of goodies to entice the savvy artist. Visit frequently because they are constantly getting new stuff, and it goes very quickly.

How To Do Well In Law School?

When you get into a car accident you want to make sure that you understand how you are going to be wise about the way that you handle yourself. There are some specific steps that you should be sure you take when you get into a car accident.

The first benefit that comes with hiring an attorney is the knowledge and expertise that lawyers bring to the table. Experienced lawyers have a lot of time spent on the job, and the professionals know the legal system quite well. The legal system can be an intimidating force for many people. The knowledge about the institution is somewhat limited and mysterious in nature, and many individuals fear the consequences of dealing with it.

If you don't know what you are talking about then you should stop before you dig yourself too deep of a hole. Most professors will call you out if you have no clue what you are talking about so it is better to just let them know if you haven't done the readings.

This is not the time to get your party on or to be the nave and needy student you used to be. Most law students won't last in the environment with this mindset. School really will be a full-time job and will require a lot more effort than you would expect.

The law of attraction is the attractive, magnetic power of the Universe that draws similar energies together. It manifests through the power of creation, everywhere and in multiple ways. Even the law of gravity is part of the law of attraction. This law attracts thoughts, ideas, people, situations and circumstances.

The Law of Attraction

Studies have shown that success does not come by accident. It can be learned. When we learn and master the key to success, we can easily get what we want in life. Our success becomes repeatable and we can create success in every aspect of our life, including financial success, great health, strong relationship and many other areas.Over the recent years, the law of attraction has received a great amount of popularity, emerging to the forefront of media as the key to help people to fulfil their innermost goals and ambitions. Much of the current understanding of the law could be attributed to The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, a hard-hitting self-help book that has sold millions of copies. The popularity of the law of attraction comes from its proven results in transforming people's life. Those who had applied this in a correct way enjoy significant successes that they can't imagine they could have achieved.
Most people spend their waking hours in the mind state of beta, which keeps them from accessing and growing their inner power. In beta, your mind is bombarded with never ending thoughts. Beta is known as the logical and restrictive mind. High levels of beta are associated with stress related symptoms such as feelings of being overwhelmed, sleeping problems, and aches. When you are trying to make the law of attraction work for you, it is to your great advantage to focus on your goals when you are deeply relaxed. Why is a relaxed mind important? A mind that is filled with stress (emotional or physical) cannot easily transfer new positive mental pictures to the subconscious mind.
In contrast to beta, the mind level states of alpha, theta and delta, are associated with states of relaxation such as meditation. As you access deeper levels of your mind, you can more easily connect with a higher force that is greater than you. These mind states are not restrictive but rather very expansive. They help to expand your awareness beyond ordinary consciousness. As you go deeper within into higher mind states, such as theta, you can connect with a higher force, to Infinite Intelligence or what some people refer to as the mind of God. As your connection with Infinite Intelligence becomes stronger, you become more empowered gaining insights, guidance and abilities that were formerly outside of your reach. Then, you will be in a much more empowered position to make the Law Of Attraction work for you and make changes happen in your life for the better.
They have developed a habit of positive thinking that banishes any doubts they may have and this keeps them enthusiastic and motivated. This attitude attracts more success because that is what they are focusing on and what they have come to expect. For most people, success comes with hard, smart work coupled with a positive attitude and positive action. Then the law of attraction will work by drawing positive things and positive people to you, which will accelerate your success development. Fill your mind with great expectations in the firm belief you can attain them and you will be presented with all the opportunities you need.
Make The Law Of Attraction
While the Law of Attraction is true, without inner power, our ability to make the law of attraction work will be limited. Without enough personal power, we have difficulty understanding inner guidance that continually communicates with us in attempts to help us achieve powerful results. The importance of inner power is often misunderstood or undervalued. It not only will help you make the law of attraction work for you, it will help you transcend ordinary living. It is not an exaggeration to say that much of the suffering and difficulties people have in life is due to a lack of personal power.Whether you desire to manifest concrete goals, such as a new job or house, or abstract goals, such as greater intuition, the more inner power you have, the greater your capability will be to achieve what you set out to accomplish with speed and ease. Manifesting your desires, healing, and creating miracles are real possibilities, and indeed, probabilities, when you connect with your personal power.
These laws are set in stone so to speak and cannot be changed or altered in anyway, they apply to everyone and everything and are always at work whether we are aware of it or not.Among these universal laws is the law of attraction which states that we can attract that which we desire into our lives through the power of our thoughts and quite literally become the masters of our own destiny, or as Napolean Hill once quoted the "the captains of our souls".In essence the law of attraction attracts to you that which you desire most and that which you focus your thoughts on most!
Behavioral Interview Questions

Behavioral Interview Questions and Answers

There are some categorical tips for Job Interview Questions those support Behavioral Interview Questions

Based Behavioral Interviewing (Behavioral Interview Questions)

The primary reason a company conducts an interview is to learn enough about a candidate to determine whether the person will be successful on the job.
There are three parts to this success: (Behavioral Interview Questions)
1. Having the technical skills and knowledge
2. Having the functional skills and abilities
3. Being able to demonstrate the position’s competencies.
The vast majority of interviews focus on the first two components for success; many fail to consider competency proficiency.
At this point some of you may be thinking, ‘‘Anything that sounds too good to be true is probably too good to be true.’’ And you would be right. It took Gillian about a month to go from elated to concerned, and another month to being completely frustrated.
So, what went wrong? As often happens in organizations, Gillian hired a person who was technically and functionally perfect for the position. Unfortunately, Peter was not interviewed against the competencies for success in the position, which included ‘‘conflict management,’’ ‘‘maintaining a high customer focus,’’ and ‘‘building high performance teams.’’ Had he been, he probably would not have been hired.
In the vast majority of positions, the single factor that will distinguish one employee from another is the ability to exhibit the competencies for the position. When you identify and define competencies, and then interview against them—in addition to considering the technical and functional aspects—you are increasing the likelihood that the candidate to whom you offer the position is the one who truly is most likely to be successful.

What Is Competency-Based Behavioral Interviewing?

Before we define competency-based behavioral interviewing (CBBI), it’s important that we define a competency. Simply put, a competency is a behavior (a skill and/or ability) or set of behaviors that describes the expected performance in a particular work context.
The context could be for the organization, a functional job group (e.g., accounting, human resources, operations), a job category (e.g., senior managers, middle managers, professionals), or a specific job. When they are appropriately developed, competencies are the standards of success for the position and the behaviors that are needed to support the strategic plan, vision, mission, and goals of the organization.
Competencies are different from the other requirements one might find for a given position, such as technical skills, functional skills and knowledge, education, and experience. For example, it is one thing to recruit for a position and require five years of management experience. It is another thing to recruit for a position that requires five years of management experience leading a diverse group of people. In the second situation, you would be looking for a candidate with five years of management experience coupled with a demonstrated competency of ‘‘valuing diversity.’’ Competency-based behavioral interviewing is a structured interview process that combines competencies with the premise that, with
few exceptions:
The best predictor of future performance/behavior is past performance/behavior.
– and –
The more recent the performance/behavior, the more likely it is to be repeated.
The questions asked during CBBI(Competency Behavioral Interview Questions) are based on real situations that relate to the competencies for the position. Candidates, then, are evaluated based on actual behaviors/performance rather than on possible or potential behaviors/performance. As a result, the information gathered from the candidate is significantly more predictive of what their behavior and performance are likely to be in the position for which they are interviewing than what one finds with other interviewing styles.
In CBBI, rather than asking candidates directly if they have a particular competency—to which you will almost always hear a resounding ‘‘yes!’’—the interviewer asks the candidate to provide an example of a time when he demonstrated the competency. The focus is on the candidates giving you an indication of their proficiency in a particular competency by relating a real-world experience.

Typical interviews will sound something like this:

Interviewer:

‘‘I think I mentioned earlier that this is a high-stress position.
How do you manage stress?’’

Candidate:

‘‘My last two positions were high stress. I actually do some of
my best work under stress. Through experience, I’ve learned how to make
stress work for me rather than against me. I think two of the most effective
stress management techniques are . . .’’

Skin Cancer And its Symptons

Skin Cancer Symptoms/ Signs of Skin Cancer

What is Skin Cancer?

Skin cancers include melanoma, basal cell, and squamous cell. Basal and squamous cell are common and treatment is very effective. Malignant melanoma can be difficult to treat. Early diagnosis and treatment can increase the survival rate from melanoma.

Where skin cancer develops (Skin Cancer)

Skin cancer develops primarily on areas of sun-exposed skin, including the scalp, face, lips, ears, neck, chest, arms and hands, and on the legs in women. But it can also form on areas that rarely see the light of day — your palms, beneath your fingernails or toenails, and your genital area.
Skin cancer affects people of all skin tones, including those with darker complexions. When melanoma occurs in people with dark skin tones, it's more likely to occur in areas not normally exposed to the sun.

Basal Cell Carcinoma Signs and Symptoms (Skin Cancer)

Basal cell carcinoma usually occurs in sun-exposed areas of your body, such as your neck or face.
Basal cell carcinoma may appear as:
A pearly or waxy bump
A flat, flesh-colored or brown scar-like lesion

Squamous Cell Carcinoma Signs and Symptoms (Skin Cancer)

Most often, squamous cell carcinoma occurs on sun-exposed areas of your body, such as your face, ears and hands. People with darker skin are more likely to develop squamous cell carcinoma on areas that aren't often exposed to sun, such as the legs and feet.
Squamous cell carcinoma may appear as:
A firm, red nodule
A flat lesion with a scaly, crusted surface

Melanoma Skin Cancer Signs and Symptoms (Skin Cancer)

Melanoma can develop anywhere on your body, in otherwise normal skin or in an existing mole that becomes cancerous. Melanoma most often appears on the trunk, head or neck of affected men. In women, this type of cancer most often develops on the lower legs. In both men and women, melanoma can occur on skin that hasn't been exposed to the sun.
Melanoma can affect people of any skin tone. In people with darker skin tones, melanoma tends to occur on the palms or soles, or under the fingernails or toenails.
Melanoma signs include:
skin cancer images
A large brownish spot with darker speckles
A mole that changes in color, size or feel or that bleeds
A small lesion with an irregular border and portions that appear red, white, blue or blue-black
Dark lesions on your palms, soles, fingertips or toes, or on mucous membranes lining your mouth, nose, vagina or anus

Signs and Symptoms of Less Common Skin Cancers

Other, less common types of skin cancer include:
Kaposi sarcoma. This rare form of skin cancer develops in the skin's blood vessels and causes red or purple patches on the skin or mucous membranes. Kaposi sarcoma mainly occurs in people with weakened immune systems, such as people with AIDS, and in people taking medications that suppress their natural immunity, such as people who've undergone organ transplants. Kaposi sarcoma can also occur in young men living in Africa or older men of Italian or eastern Jewish heritage.
Merkel cell carcinoma. Merkel cell carcinoma causes firm, shiny nodules that occur on or just beneath the skin and in hair follicles. Merkel cell carcinoma is usually found on sun-exposed areas on the head, neck, arms and legs.
Sebaceous gland carcinoma. This uncommon and aggressive cancer originates in the oil glands in the skin. Sebaceous gland carcinomas — which usually appear as hard, painless nodules — can develop anywhere, but most occur on the eyelid, where they're frequently mistaken for other eyelid problems.

Human Rights Essay

Human rights refer to the "basic rights and freedoms to which all humans are entitled." Examples of rights and freedoms which have come to be commonly thought of as human rights include civil and political rights, such as the right to life and liberty, freedom of expression, and equality before the law; and economic, social and cultural rights, including the right to participate in culture, the right to food, the right to work, and the right to education. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Human Rights is a non-binding declaration adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948, partly in response to the atrocities of World War II. Although the UDHR (Universal Declaration of human Rights) is a non- binding resolution, it is now considered to be a central component of international customary law which may be invoked under appropriate circumstances by national and other judiciaries.

The UDHR urges member nations to promote a number of human, civil, economic and social rights, asserting these rights are part of the "foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world." The declaration was the first international legal effort to limit the behaviour of states and press upon them duties to their citizens following the model of the rights-duty duality The UDHR was framed by members of the Human Rights Commission, with former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt as Chair, who began to discuss an International Bill of Rights in 1947. The members of the Commission did not immediately agree on the form of such a bill of rights, and whether, or how, it should be enforced.

The Commission proceeded to frame the UDHR and accompanying treaties, but the UDHR quickly became the Priority. Canadian law professor John Humprey and French lawyer Rene Cassin were responsible for much of the cross-national research and the structure of the document respectively, where the articles of the declaration were interpretative of the general principle of the preamble.

The document was structured by Cassin to include the basic principles of dignity, liberty, equality and brotherhood in the first two articles, followed successively by rights pertaining to individuals; rights of individuals in relation to each other and to groups; spiritual, public and political rights; and economic, social and cultural rights. The final three articles place, according to Cassin, rights in the context of limits, duties and the social and political order in which they are to be realised. Humphrey and Cassin intended the rights in the UDHR to be legally enforceable through some means, as is reflected in the third clause of the preamble.

Some of the UDHR was researched and written by a committee of international experts on human rights, including representatives from all continents and all. j major religions, and drawing on consultation with leaders such as Mahatma j Gandhi. The inclusion of both civil and political rights and economic, social j and cultural rights was predicated on the assumption that basic human rights j are indivisible and that the different types of rights listed are inextricably linked.

I This principle was not then opposed by any member states (the declaration was adopted unanimously, with the abstention of the Eastern Bloc, Apartheid South Africa and Saudi Arabia), however this principle was later subject to I significant challenges.

The Universal Declaration was bifurcated into two distinct and different covenants, a Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and another! Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. Over the objection of the j more developed states [Capitalist], which questioned the relevance and propriety of such provisions in covenants on human rights, both begin with the right of I people to self-determination and to sovereignty over their natural resources.! Then the two covenants go different ways.

The drafters of the Covenants initially intended only one instrument. The original drafts included only political and civil rights, but economic and social rights | were added early. Western States then fought for, and obtained, a division into | two covenants. They insisted that economic and social right were essentially; aspirations or plans, not rights, since their realisation depended on availability of resources and on controversial economic theory and ideology.

These, they ' said, were not appropriate subjects for binding obligations and should not be | allowed to dilute the legal character of provisions honoring political-civil rights. 1 There was wide agreement and clear recognition that the means required to enforce or induce compliance with socio-economic undertakings were different from the means required for civil-political rights.

Because of the divisions over which rights to include, and because some states declined to ratify any treaties including certain specific interpretations of human rights, and despite the Soviet bloc and a number of developing countries arguing strongly for the inclusion of all rights in a so-called Unity Resolution, the rights enshrined in the UDHR were split into two separate covenants, allowing states to adopt some rights and derogate others. Though this allowed the covenants to be created, one commentator has written that it denied the proposed principle that all rights are linked which was central to some interpretations of the UDHR.

Tips for Using Psychology in Online Marketing

Today we are going to cover some very important tips for using age-old psychological triggers in your marketing.
By using the six tips that you are learn today, you will boost your conversion rates, lower buying resistance, and increase the value of every visitor that comes to your website.

1. Appeal to emotion

Humans are emotional creatures. We make decisions based on emotion. Logic is used, but usually after the fact, to justify the choices we have already made emotionally.
Effective marketing appeals to human emotions - it makes us feel rather than think. To use this principle when promoting products or offers on your website, emphasize how the product will make the purchaser feel during or after use. Or how it will remove an existing pain.
For example, if you are marketing a dog training eBook then describe to the reader just how great it will feel to have that unbreakable bond with their dog. The type of bond where the dog 'knows' what you want him to do, almost without a command.

2. Increase the sense of value to the customer

Value is not the same as price.
If your product is not seen as delivering more value to the user than the price asked, then no one will buy.
Google Penguin 2.0 SEO Tips‏

Google Penguin 2.0 SEO Tips‏

Google just loves throwing us humble affiliate marketers a curve ball (or two). I'm only young, but since I've been affiliate marketing there have been both the dreaded Panda and Penguin updates, which had a devastating effect on many affiliates. However, here at Affilorama we have been teaching great strategies for overcoming Google updates and actually increasing your bottom line while others might be losing their traffic, rankings, and profits.
Keeping up with tradition Google released Penguin 2.0 on May 22, 2013. According to Matt Cutts, Penguin 2.0 is not just a minor data refresh but actually a full algorithm update. This meant that around 2.3% of English search queries were impacted to a noticeable level, and this is figure is likely to increase over time. Penguin 2.0 heralds the release of a new generation of Google algorithms. Having a quick browse around webmaster forums and SEO blogs reveals that many webmasters, bloggers, and affiliates have been pounded by this new iteration of Penguin.
But enough with the news; you're here because you want to know how Penguin 2.0 affects your affiliate marketing, and what you can do to actually profit from it. In this article I'm going to teach you everything you need to know about Penguin 2.0, and the state of play of SEO going-forward. You will learn some exciting new tactics for boosting your search ranking and traffic, as well as other cutting-edge methods for ensuring that you profit from Google updates.
To understand how to dominate SEO in the current environment, you need to understand the ethos behind Google's algorithm updates. Although it can be tempting to "cop out" and just say that Google hates affiliates, this is not a satisfying conclusion. Instead we need to dig deeper and examine the evidence, which tells us Google's aim is to reduce the presence of "spam" results in the search engines.
Now you might think of spam as being sleazy pharma websites or dodgy insurance sales letters, but to the boffins at Google HQ (like Matt Cutts) spam sites are also those that have unnatural link profiles. Therefore, if you are using unnatural or questionable methods to build links to your site, then you are at risk of being penalized by Google. At some stage the algorithm will find your site, and you will probably be penalized

The Most Crucial SEO Factors

So what's the deal with Penguin 2.0? What factors are Google stressing as being important for SEO and affiliates? Let's take a brief look, and then drill-down on each concept to ensure that you have a complete understanding of what you need to do to fight back against Penguin 2.0 and Google algorithm updates.
Build a brand. According to Adam de Jong of Hubspot (and other top SEO commentators) branding is becoming a big factor for Google, especially after Penguin 2.0. If you want to rank well in Google and drive masses of organic search traffic, then you need to stop stressing so much about building loads of links, and instead focus on creating a solid brand. Branded websites are less likely to be seens as thin affiliate or spam sites, because brands tend to focus more on building a great holistic customer experience. When registering a domain name and building a website you need to think whether it would work well as a brand, and not just a keyword designed to generate search rankings.
Create quality content. As always, the importance of quality content remains absolutely paramount. All leading SEO experts will tell you that adding more content to your site is a good thing. If you're pressed for time, then you should even consider outsourcing your content creation. Read this Affilorama blog post I wrote last year for more information about why quality content is important for good SEO, and how to create it.
Have impeccable on-page SEO. Although you have probably come to fear "over optimization" and the potentially catastrophic consequences that it could have on your website and livelihood, you should strive for accurate and effective on-page SEO. This means ensuring that your tags and titles are all set up correctly, that you have anchor text optimized internal linking, and that you've got a rapid page load speed and no glaring site errors. Use AffiloTools to help you optimize your on-page SEO to deliver higher search rankings and more traffic.

What is Asthma, Symptoms,Causes & Treatment

What Is Asthma?

Asthma (AZ-ma) is a chronic (long-term) lung disease that inflames and narrows the airways. Asthma causes recurring periods of wheezing (a whistling sound when you breathe), chest tightness, shortness of breath, and coughing. The coughing often occurs at night or early in the morning.
Asthma affects people of all ages, but it most often starts during childhood. In the United States, more than 25 million people are known to have asthma. About 7 million of these people are children.

Asthma Overview

To understand asthma, it helps to know how the airways work. The airways are tubes that carry air into and out of your lungs. People who have asthma have inflamed airways. This makes them swollen and very sensitive. They tend to react strongly to certain inhaled substances.
When the airways react, the muscles around them tighten. This narrows the airways, causing less air to flow into the lungs. The swelling also can worsen, making the airways even narrower. Cells in the airways might make more mucus than usual. Mucus is a sticky, thick liquid that can further narrow the airways.
This chain reaction can result in asthma symptoms. Symptoms can happen each time the airways are inflamed.

Sometimes asthma symptoms are mild and go away on their own or after minimal treatment with asthma medicine. Other times, symptoms continue to get worse.
